The morning staff is quick, effective, and polite. However, the afternoon service can be slow and you may have to repeat yourself in the drive-thru. The milkshakes used to be good, but there have been ongoing issues with the machine for months. Stick to early breakfast for now.

Took my wife to this BK location and she requested honey mustard sauce, which was not provided initially. When she went back to ask for it, an employee locked the door in her face despite being just closed for 5 minutes. The manager eventually assisted. Lack of politeness and communication from the employee.
